New AI Engine API Endpoints (7.24.0)

Alongside the LogRhythm SIEM 7.24.0 release, two new endpoints have been added to the AI Engine API:
- GET Rules, which allows you to return a list of rules from a designated AI Engine; and
- PATCH Rules, which allows you to make partial updates to an existing rule.
These new endpoints allow for even greater utility of the AI Engine API going forward.
