Upload the context file directly to the GCP bucket. The file must be in the specified format with a .ldif.gz extension and should begin with a Site Collector ID. The file name must follow the pattern: {siteCollectorId}_{randomName}.ldif.gz. Example: b84a6599-e94f-4328-b199-4e4b7c70bfd3_fpil-adds-014_9f716df6-7a22-4f66-bc7d-cf9223cdb555_increment.ldif.gz.
