Fetch license details and consumptions (DEPRECATED)

Retrieve information about the license details. This will help to monitor and manage your license entitlement and consumption effectively.
Note: This endpoint is deprecated and marked for removal by March 31st, 2026. The new endpoint /health-consumption/v2/consumption/licenseDetails` performs validations for the closedReason values.

The start date in ISO-8601 format. Providing this parameter improves API performance by limiting the results scope, resulting in faster query execution. If not provided, it will be 30 days prior to current date in UTC.
