Create a new Virtual Site Collector instance

Create a new Virtual Site Collector instance. A Virtual Core does not require installation on a physical VM and can be used to logically group Direct Access agents. After creating a Virtual Core, create a template and use the DAA installation command endpoint to deploy a Direct Access Agent collector.
